Q: Whenever i take photos with the camera sideways, I can't seem to get them transferred on the computer that way. I turned the auto-rotate feature on, and the images on the camera appear rotated during the preview, but when I transfer them to the computer, they are all still sideways. Anyone experience a similar problem? Any solutions?
A: The problem is the computer program user to see images, not the camera. The program must be able to understand the image orientation stored in the EXIF data.
